NTC Thermistor is a special type of resistor whose value changes in accordance with its surrounding temperature. It is made by combining several metal oxides. This is an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) type thermistor. Hence as the temperature increases then the resistance of the thermistor decreases and vice versa.

Product Details:

PTC Thermistors are temperature-dependent resistors based on special semiconductor ceramics with a high positive temperature coefficient (PTC). They exhibit relatively low resistance values at room temperature. When a current flows through a PTC the heat generated raises the temperature of the PTC.
